Positive: View of the lake Negative: Room was grimy. Blood on the floor in the bathroom. Hole in the ceiling, bathtub was dirty. Floor was nasty and the refrigerator was nasty. Kevin the manager came and cleaned a little without a mop or broom. We got in our at 9pm.

Negative: We booked a 2 bedroom & the room was 1 room w 2 beds. No refund was offered & we were comped a hostel room. Upon check in to the hostel room it was occupied. The hotel also will not refund the deposit without any response or explanation. They are being reported for theft.
